Theory <i>and</i> practice actually - I've been pleasantly surprised at the depth of coverage. The prof really knows her stuff, and she's really enthusiastic about it. It's definitely constitution based; we're moving into Article III and the Supremes now. It's a good class, and I'm impressed with the textbook as well. Heh.
